Wrap rolls with Hummus

→ Simple easy to prepare food – 

Cooking instructions

1. In a food processor combine the cooked chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, 1/2 tsp of salt, tahini and lemon juice until thick and creamy.

2. Add a dash of paprika.

3. Slice the cherry tomatoes.

4. Spread the hummus on the wraps.

5. Place some rucola and sliced tomatoes on top and give a roll to your wrap.

Lamb Brand Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp

Lamb Brand Salt, to taste

Lamb Brand Sweet Paprika, for serving

Water 2 to 3 tbsp

Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Garlic Clove 1, minced

Lemon Juice 1/4 cup

Tahini 1/4 cup
