Vegan Corn Foccaccine
→ ideal as an appetiser, but also as snacks during breaks. These delicacies are a variation of the classic focaccia. A vegan and gluten free alternative that everybody can enjoy.
1. Put the flour in a bowl and mix it with Olio di Soia Valsoia, hot water and salt to make the mix.
2. Peel and wash the strands of Swiss chard and let them boil in lightly salted water, then drain and chop finely.
3. Add the chopped chard to the dough and make round buns. Cook in a hot over at 150°C until golden.
320 g of fine maize flour
500 g of Swiss chard sticks
40 g of Valsoia Olio di Soia
